I feel ripped off!

I recently had terrible problems uploading windows 10 onto my lap top. After 3 days of trying to correct the endless loop and 2 hours of chatting with windows support, it still was in the endless loop. After another hour on the phone with windows support, finally windows 10 is loaded. In the process of loading windows 10, I lost my office suite consisting of Word, Excel, Power Point and outlook. Another hour and a half on the phone and still no Word, etc. Their last suggestion was to purchase another license. Why should I have to purchase another license, when I had the office suite and it worked fine and only lost it because of the upgrade?

if you legitimately owned office, pull up your key and reinstall it.

sounds like a disgruntled rep. take your issues to a microsoft store. they'll treat you like King.
