Unable to delete windows XP

My pc runs windows 10... Though it has windows xp installed on system partition.
Now i wish to get rid of xp but problem is that my windows 10 is on a logical drive which cant be converted to active...
When i delete windows xp 's windows folder form windows 10, it shows preparing and nothing happens..

How to get rid of windows xp? I checked from disk mgmt. I have boot files on logical partition that has windows 10...
Should i attempt to delete xp from ubuntu live cd?
