Windows Store not installing apps

After a month or so my Store app stopped working right. It searches fine but after selecting install the app stays on Starting Download and does nothing else. Any ideas? Still using 10586.29 since my phone doesnt download 10586.63. Lumia 640Lte AT&T.

If you open the Insider app and select fast (for build .63), then check for updates.
You should then be able to see 10586.63.

I see the download since it came out its at 0% of the download process.

Have you tried a soft reset and then retry the download?
How much free space do you have in your storage?

Several soft resets and my micro sd has over 20gb free and internal is 4.79 of 7.28... And I get a notice of low memory everytime I reset.

At this point I would look to do a hard reset (Settings > System > About > Reset your phone).
Is it possible to do that?

At this point I really have no choice since I cannot download anything. Just need a wifi hotspot so I dont use up my data just upgrading apps and downloading a couple.

Just to check, have you been trying to download the build over mobile data?
The low memory issue is probably caused by the build which has partially downloaded. The only way to clear it is a hard reset.
Unless you can connect to WiFi to complete the download?

Finished... Did a hard reset and now my 640 is fully up to date.
