Contacts WP10

Hey guys! I installed wp10 on my lumia640 2days ago, but still I cant figure out how to import the phone numbers I have on my Microsoft/outlook account into the phone! When I press people app it only shows skype contacts :/ What am I doing wrong?

Under settings, search for backup - text and contact backup. Switch it on and leave your phone connected to wifi so it can download all messages and contacts

Other thing would be, are you signed in with that same MS account?

My messages are there, but my Contacts aren't :/ And I think that I have the same account for MS...is there a problem?
When I try to login with my outlook account on people app it gives me an error ( 0x80040b0b)

For once I don't have an answer to this. I can't find where to sign out on my outlook account. Maybe someone can help on this but I'm stuck

People -> ... -> settings -> filter contacts list -> sources of contacts

What are the sources (one of them must be Skype); this is for WP8.1 update 2. Maybe different in w10m.

It has Skype, Gmail, Microsoft messaging( I don't know what that is) and Facebook! It won't give me an option for outlook!
