When I tap an icon or try to use the keyboard, nothing happens. The phone is new - purchased in Nov 2015 and the battery always charged. I turn it off at night so a kind of rebooting takes place every day.
The problem was intermittent for a few weeks but now it has become an almost constant problem.
There is a ton of room in my memory as I only have 12 photos stored, no music or video, GPS and WiFi is turned off so the phone isn't always busy looking for signals, and no apps have been downloaded other than a flashlight feature that works when I turn it on.
