None of my apps will open and have tried everything I could find

Upgraded to Windows 10 home about 2 months ago, having problems for last week not able to access apps or open the windows start box altogether. It will search, but I cannot click on anything I find....no reaction whatsoever. It shows me App History, but when I click nothing happens and when I right click the only option is "Remove from History". Same thing for settings. 64 bit OS x64 based processor. Help Please

I'd suggest you to do a backup and perform a clean install. Looks like, some configuration files were corrupted during the migration. I reckon you're using MS account/Outlook to sign in to PC, if you're using local account, switch to MS account because your license will be stored on onedrive and it'll auto activate itself w/o user intervention. Skip product key page while installing windows.
