Why can't I read my CD after burning the Hiren boot on it?

i can not read cd after burning Hiren boot on it?

i burned Hiren boot into cd i can boot with it and i can see the list of contain of it after booting and also can log into miniwindows but..nothing in side it when i try to read it in normal way sometimes read blank sometimes give me error access denied so i can not use the programs inside it though i can boot through it,,,my cd driver works fine cos i tries many cds on it
