I am giving my Lumia 950 back as I can't get hey Cortana to work.
And phone charging issues when plugged in it will not charge until a soft reset has been done they it starts to charge.and this is on build .107

Have you tried the latest build? You should be further along than that. There is a new build available. Have you checked for updates? 10586.318 is the latest build for the 950. Hey Cortana working ok on 950xl.

Give it a go before you ditch the phone. You wont believe the difference!

I see your problem now. You are on the insider program as mentioned in your other post. WDRT rolls mine back to .107. Try switching to the release preview.
