Whenever i am enabling the data connection my phone is getting hanged.Also when going to settings and then trying to open cellular and sim option ,phone is getting stuck.can anyone help me in this issue??should I update more??

what phone are you using and what OS are you on? Have you tried restarting your phone and then trying again?
