Lumia 530 won't download apps

I bought Nokia Lumia 530 and when I attempt to download anything using the store it says pending but never installs? What is the problem?

It says it has a problem connecting to the store and that I should try later.

Can you restart the phone and try again? Make sure your internet connection is strong and that you're signed in to store
