Windows Central Question

After I installed Windows 10, my only problem was Google Earth - it doesn't work properly, and is like looking in 3D without the glasses, but even fuzzier...

I have reinstalled Google Earth 3 times, and the same issue happens? Why?

are drivers and OS updated? Or some plugins could be missing
