I am using a MS Lumia W10 Phone, 640 XL, running the latest build 10.0.14364.0. But unfortunately in the default in-built Messaging+Skype App, I am unable to find the integrated Skype part although Messages are being displayed properly. It's just like its vanished. Don't know from which build the problem might be persisting. So, can any help me out with a workaround solution or guide me to troubleshoot the issue?

It vanished. As of Redstone 14xxx builds, Skype is no longer integrated in the Messaging app. You need the standalone Skype.
