No more cortana

Cortana has stopped working on my Lumina 950xl.
I can't use speech to text, doesn't work giving me voice directions using mapping, no more reading text messages when on Bluetooth in my car, nothing
Just wondering if any ones else is having the same problems.
Searched for the problem but only saw answers from 2 years a go and have contacted Microsoft and they told me to hard reset but it didn't work.
I'm a non insider

Can it do things like alarms or reminders?

No, I cant do any cortana features. I xan open the app and typ things, but no hey cortana or if I push the button to talk to her it does nothing, if I press the mic button above the keyboard it shows try again.

maybe check region and whether location is on - also try a soft reset

Thanks for the reply guys. Checked all of those settings and done a soft reset and still no luck.

It could be an issue with the update that came through recently - did see a couple of others having the same issue

So Microsoft has been Trying to help me fix this problem. They have been really good with helping me.
After a reset using the system restore tool on the computer it has fixed the problem.
