Can't update Whatsapp?

lumia535 phone me asking me to update whatsapp which is updated 1h, and when I get into the play store have the option to update. app can not open.

restart your phone and try again, if that still fails, uninstall the app and then install afresh

If the app happens to be on an SD card in your phone move it back to the phone storage.
Otherwise a soft reset will clear the phones app cache which may help you to straighten this out.
