While it's pretty well known now, I still meet some users from time to time who are not familiar with the plethora of permissions many apps require. Windows is miles behind in giving users the ability to restrict those permissions; will that be changing any time soon?

I thought Windows 10 already has a bunch of toggles for that under Privacy in Settings.

if you check in settings > there's a whole section of settings devoted for privacy. Just check there and you can control which apps can use which service or feature such as mic, camera, email etc
