Excel Files Need to be Unblocked Every Time, How to Fix Permanently?

Hi;

Recent MS updates left my Excel files that I download daily, needing to be "Unblocked" every time before I can open them.

Is there any fix that can be applied to correct this annoying issue?

It's in settings somewhere in security I believe
