since 8/8/16 hotmail emails are not coming into my Windows 10

The one account is coming into the IPhone good, but not all of the second account is showing on the IPhone. None of the e-mails ( not matter what account)
I go on line to Hotmail and Outlook but they are not acknowledging neither account not the IPhone.

so your emails aren't syncing on your iphone or on your windows 10 device? Have you tried readding the accounts?
