2 issues I need help with: win7 to win 10 recovery disc, and redstone update

my desktop PC was updating to redstone when it froze and went bluescreen, and now i cant load to desktop. Sadly I lost my windows 7 pro disc which came when i purchased this PC and the only way to get windows 10. Can I ask microsoft to send me a copy of a windows 7 key with a proof of my bitlocker key? I dont know any other way besides buying an actual copy.

2nd issue is my surface pro 4. Ever since the redstone update, my sp4 Edge browser has been a total screwy. It slows down, it freezes, moues and keyboard and touch are unresponsive sometimes that it forces me to restart to use it properly again. Has their been reports of this issues? Any fix coming soon?

have you installed any extensions for edge? Tr removing them and see if performance improves

I'm sure you can do a clean install of Windows without needing the key
