How do I connect my ps4 to my lumia 640 windows 10 phone using the wifi hotspot?

I cant connect my ps4 to the hotspot on a lumia 640 phone that is running windows 10 and everytime i try both systems want to either freeze or go haywire.

do a restart of both devices and then set up the hotspot afresh, new name and password
