Windows anniversary won't boot with Logitech device

Ever since I've updated to Windows 10 anniversary my desktop will not completely boot as long as the Bluetooth dongle for my Logitech mouse and keyboard is in. It will begin to load and just stay on the black screen with the spinning dots forever. Once I remove the dongle and restart it will load fine. Anyone know how to fix this?

This requires no extra drivers. I checked. It's just plug and play.

It's supposed to be but Logitech does indeed have a driver for it..

Currently have a system on my domain with the same issue.

When I checked for my model I found no driver at their website. I will check again.
