    Hey,
I tried microsoft support chat for microsoft band today, and microsoft employee started asking about all the sensitive data (email address, phone number, my age). I was chatting about warranty of microsoft band and he stated he needs that info to send it over to care team.
This is the exact address i used to contact microsoft support:
    https://www.microsoft.com/microsoft-band/en-gb/support/contact-us?productId=109673362&issueId=109673440&subIssueId=109673444#

Is that legit? Are microsoft help empolyess allowed to ask this kind of information? I can't find any information about it.
