Over the course of the last 2 or so weeks it seems most if not all of our users have been affected by their email stopping syncing on their phones. On the phone it asks them ?fix? the problem and directs them to the login page to re-enter the password, if they enter their current password it seems to fix the problem but the email doesn?t sync and the ?fix? box appears again. Looking to resolve the issue I noticed that there were duplicate work email accounts and also sometimes duplicated Outlook & Live accounts under the ?accounts used by other apps? section.
If I removed the duplicate work account and re-entered the password that resolved the problem but this wasn?t always the case, sometimes the account had to be removed fully and added again.
Has anyone else experienced this?
