Microsoft Account Picture Bug on Edge, Please Help.

While this isn't a big problem in the grand scheme of things, it's certainly annoying.
I've changed my Microsoft account picture and name. This setting has synced everywhere on Edge, with no problems bar two exceptions.

The new tab page/start page, the small circular picture in the top right corner will not update to my current account picture. It still shows my old picture. The MSN homepage, while the picture has updated, the name hasn't; it shows the old name. These seem to be the only two problems.

I've tried running troubleshoot and the scannow command to fix this, neither of which has worked. I've tried restarting multiple times, and this problem has persisted.

Could anyone offer help?

any possibility of signing out of edge and sms and then signing back in?
