Lumia 800 update to 7.8 problem

[Windows Central Question]

Hello,

my Lumia 800 have been updated updated from 7.1 to 7.8 windows. After reset to factory settings, lumia is 7.1 and I can't update it to 7.8 i have try to do it with zune 50 times at least and I still cant do it.

I live in Serbia. And my network is MTS Srbija.

Help please, I cant use it like this, viber, whats up.... nothing.

even if you do get it updated to 7.8, whatsapp still won't work as it is no longer supported on windows mobile less than 8 :straight:
