Need to block ALL Internet Access on Windows 10

[Windows Central Question]

Setting up a new laptop with Windows 10 installed. I created a local account that I do NOT want to have any Internet access.

This computer will be for adults inputting information into an Excel file only. I do not want them to be able to access the Internet at any time.

Please help, I'm going crazy trying to figure it out. Thanks so much!

You can do anything from hardware: physically removing the wireless card if you can, somehow disabling the ethernet cable.
Software: Maybe disabling network hardware in Device Manager? (make sure the account they use is not an administrator)

Maybe something can be done with the hosts file but i'm not sure since its a blacklist.

Hi You could make it known to the adults what your plan is for the computer. If they break the rules, make it known their access to the computer will be denied.
Very simple solution to this issue IMHO.:wink: xandros9 has given you some good suggestions also! When will this laptop be accessible to those adults and will they be under your supervision. This really seems like a very easy issue to solve!
