my windows 10 phone keeps turning itself off and losing charge very fast

My phone keeps turning itself off randomly and either not restarting, or when it does restart the battery has dropped massively. All apps are usually closed and both battery saver and flight mode are on

what is your device? also manually remove the battery and check for any bumps or irregularities which may be a sign of battery failure . Replace the battery immediately with a genuine one.
