why my windows phone can't be turn on or vibrate like usually when it chargeing ?

there's no any sign like before . usually when i charge it , it usually vibrate for that the electric have been in to the battery . but now it doesn't happen like that

What device do you have? When you plug it into the charger does it vibrate or chime? If not check and see if you vibrate turned off, and check and see your volume is set to. If sound is all the way off and the volume is off it wont make any noise. If you need more join Windows Central and have more fun and work better with your windows phone.
