Lumia 1020 SIM error, how to fix it?

I have Nokia Lumia 1020 phone, and my phone can't read SIM Card with out any crashes and with out it being wet.
Is there any solution for it?
I tried to test some other SIM cards.
I'm from Iraq.
SIM unlocked.

??? Not sure what you mean about WET ??? Is there moisture in your SD slot???

What happens when you try to test other cards? Same fail?
