How do I get my address book to link to my hands free set?

My phone connects to my car and the calls come through and can be controlled all fine but I cannot access my address book on the car screen and the caller ID does not show on the screen.

All this used to work until I had to change phones, same model just another phone.

On your car's connect system, delete all pairings.

Establish a new pairing with the new device and import phone book during setup.
