freezing computer with first parameter after buying

[Windows Central Question]

I have opened my newly bought computer and all went well up till I was asked to created a PIN code.

I cllicked on "define PIN" and then all that happened was some animation on the upper side of the screen, and nothing else.

I shut down the pc, then restarted it, and it went directly back to that frozen screen.

I cannot "ignore that step" anymore, it wont let me do so.

What can I do???

PC is a MSI laptop computer : MSI PE70 2QE-401FR.

Hi Welcome to Windows Central! I suggest you take it back. You could try removing the battery. With the battery out. Hold down the power button for 30 seconds. Reinstall the battery. Plug in the AC adapter and allow your PC to charge. If you can't get past the frozen screen, I would advise you take it back to the store where you bought it.
