how do i fix the sound i can only hear when speaker is on

i have a windows phone when i dial a number i cant hear the sound nor the voice on the other side, however if i press speaker i can hear the ring and the voices at the other end, other people can hear me also. How do i fix that?

Unfortunately, Your ear-speakers aren't working.

If your mobile is in-warranty[SUB][/SUB][SUP]1[/SUP]. Then visit your nearest Microsoft Authorise Center.
[SUP]1[/SUP] If you want to calibrate your phone's harware and other settings then install ' B2X SUPPORT ' app.
