    Hi Guys!
    Can anybody tell me way to run MacOS Third party softwares in my w10 w/out using VMware/dual-boot option ?

    Yes, it can be done. Not sure why you want to do it though and you will need to dual boot, which means you won't boot in to Windows 10 to run the Mac apps. You will boot in to MacOS. Search for the Unibeast tool, download the MacOS Sierra installation file and go from there. Dual booting is the best you can do if you don't want to do it in a VM and the performance of it may not be ideal.

    Buy a Mac. You can then run b Windows using boot camp or parallel.
