Transferring Windows 10 installation from one device to another?

Hello,
I would like to transfer a Windows Phone 10 installation from phone A (The factory installation was Windows Phone 8.1) to phone B. How can I do this?

I just bought [4] (435) Lumias single sims t-mobile phones (unlocked) on AT&T.(micro sim same ones used in AT&T 640xl) I went through insider Program fast ring. These were 8gb W8.1 phones. I just finished pushing W10 on one of these devices and everything went great. No issues. I installed a 32gb micro SD card after getting to 1607 update and completing a hard reset. Then didn't use a back up. I just set the phone up skipping back up. It works flawlessly. Good luck
