How to dispose of QuickAccess ?

Ryujingt3 replied with a question to a post of mine on 18Jan20, but there is no option to reply or to login. So I will reply in this new post :

WHY do I want to remove Quick Access ? - because 1. I have no use for it - 2. to declutter the Explorer left pane; and 3. to prevent any further unwanted entries under QuickAccess.

I can not give you a screen shot of my failure, because when I tried it NOW - it succeeded. Probably because 'change data value from a0100000 to a0600000' is NOT what I did last time. I vaguely remember an 8 instead of a 6 - no idea where the error arose.

So... I'm abit perplexed... given the OP in that thread has posted a few threads and engaged in them.

I would suggest changing the browser mode to mobile or desktop mode on the phone to see if that helps.

Or use a desktop / laptop / tablet if the website on the phone is acting funky.

So is this now solved if it is working correctly? Sorry, I'm a little confused.
