Windows Central Question

So i got two gpus in my setup. One is a 2g nvida gt610 and the other is a 4g nvida gt730. Most stuff launches on the 610 but i want some stuff to run on the 730. The 730 sometimes has issues so i don't want to make that one my main gpu. How would i go about getting something like starcraft to always run on the 730? I'm currently running windows 10 pro 1909 if that helps with anything

Nothings changed. Starcraft is still using the gt610. I know you can set a specific gpu to use if your using the integrated one in windows settings. Would be nice if microsoft would allow you to do this with 2 dedicated gpus
