everything on my pc has an outline/border. on chorme, windows apps and all the interface.

Strange... Kindly check your theme settings and color settings. Turn Accent color to automatic... if problem persists then...

Restart your computer because lots of the issues resoled after restarting the computer.

Try System File Checker to scan your computer...

Open "Power Shell" as admin and write "sfc /scannow" hit enter and wait for its completion and restart your computer... If problem still persists then...

Again open "Power Shell" as admin and write "dism.exe /onilne /cleanup-image /restorehealth" and hit enter and wait till the process completes and restart your pc. hoping this time your problem will be solved...

hey, thank you, when i changed accent colors to automatic nothing happend but i turned off high contrast mode witch worked
