    Hello, I have OneDrive via my MS365 subscription and when I open the app it says that I have used 5GB out of 1TB. However, the cloud icon on the taskbar says that my OneDrive is full - any ideas why this is and what can be done to correct it?

    Most of the time by simply uninstalling and reinstalling "OneDrive" will make this problem solved.
    So, it's simple but effective.
