OSX Desktop Band Sync not seeing Band

OSX El Capitan

Hook up Band via USB - Band starts charging - app doesnt see anything

Have tried restarting app with/without Band attached, restarting whole system, etc

Anyone else?

The same thing has happened to me on multiple occasions using a PC (previously Windows 8.1, currently Windows 10). The Band will charge, but disconnecting and reconnecting the Band from the charger doesn't trigger the synchronization. Strangely, disconnecting the cable from the USB port and plugging it back into the computer does trigger the sync.

I don't know if you will get the same results on a Mac, but it might be worth a try.

Thanks, yeah, I tried that too and still nothing. Two versions ago I was dead in the water until the next update, which for Macs came out quite quickly. Hopefully they release an update soon.
