Security issue with Cortana

I was watching youtube looking at all the security weaknesses with iOS 7 and feeling quiet smug. So I thought I'd try something. Right with a lock screen access code on my phone I thought I was safe but if you open your phone to the security code input screen and hold the bottom right search key Cortanan will open and you can have it make calls and they go through. You can call anyone in the phonebook. I am guessing you can dictate any number for it to call. Not feeling quiet so smug now. Is there a fix for this???

settings->speech

Turn off the setting that says "Use Speech when the phone is locked"
