Is Cortana Down for Anyone Else?

Ever since Saturday, 3 days ago, I have not been able to communicate with Cortana. I get responses like "Sorry, I didn't get that" and "The internet and I are not communicating right now". I do have a good internet connection.
Anyone else having a similar problem?

I'm in Florida and have an Nokia Icon on Verizon

Fine for me in the UK.

Might be an idea to say where you're located and what kind of device you're using since Cortana is now in Windows 10 TP.

Yep. It started occurring sometime this weekend. Just got off the phone with Microsoft and they said there is a known outage. The guy said he had about 15 devices in front of him used to help resolve problems, and Cortona was acting as you and me are seeing, on three of them.

I am getting "Sorry, I didn't get that" here on my lumia 1020 and I am in Canada(though US region settings). I thought it was because my phone updated to denim
