SDK8 Application Deployer - HUGE TEMP

Hi, i have problem, trying to deploy xap via Application deployer - XAP have size around 250MB... it says - Deploying ... but then create huge temp file (around 15GB and rising) ... how to stop this ?

250MB XAP is huge and not seen by me until now. Yes,what is it that you are trying to do?

I discovered temp folder containn . MDIL and MSIL folders .... what is it ?
