Hello I have received a new message from Windows Phone Store team for the first time regarding to my game - I have published games before too , but never received such a message . Now they want me to upload a game rating certificate failing which they will unpublish my app - I will keep this post updated . (Just Sharing :D)

Hi WinitApps,
We regularly review apps in the store to ensure they are in compliance with our policies. During our recent review of your app Dinosty, we found your app was non-complaint with our policies 10.5.1, 11.11, as detailed below.

The privacy policy link did not resolve to a functional webpage.
Your submission includes markets which require a game rating from a recognized ratings board but no such rating was provided. For more information on ratings boards and markets that require such ratings, see http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/apps/xaml/hh694080.aspx. To use an age rating from a ratings board, you must upload an XML-formatted data file called a game definition file (GDF). For more info about GDF syntax, see http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/apps/xaml/hh465153.aspx..

Action Required:
Please make the update in order to meet policy 10.5.1, 11.11 by Feb 13 2015 or Microsoft may unpublish one of more of your app(s).

Once you are able to make the appropriate corrections, please resubmit the app for certification.

Windows Store app certification requirements can be found at the following URL, http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-US/library/windows/apps/dn764944.aspx .

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Thank you for your understanding and your commitment to making the Windows Store an outstanding experience for its customers.

Best Regards,

Windows and Windows Phone Store Team
