Do i have to repurchase apps and games?

I've just bought a Vivotab and I was just wondering if I have to repurchase apps I've bought on my wp?
Maybe a dumb question but it doesn't seem right to pay for the same app/game twice. Thanks!

The apps for Windows 8/RT are not the same as the apps for Windows Phone, so you will need to purchase the proper version for your tablet.

I don't have any paid games, only free games, but I learned the differences when I questioned why my achievements in Wordament from the Windows Phone version did not carry over to the Windows 8 version. They're considered two separate games. I actually started a thread asking that question, and someone answered it for me.
