    This is happening to my G/F's 8gb Zune player. It worked fine for 9-10 months w/o issue, now 3 times in the past 6 weeks she had to remove all her music and re-add it due to an error (don't have the message currently). The only reason this is a big deal is she uses her Zune for the music in the Zumba classes she teaches and is worried it will not play during one of her classes. Here are a few more details from an e-mail about it below. Any info would be great:

    "I've had to do that process twice where I have to clear all the music off it and put it back on. It starts with the program asking me to sign in and verify my account, blah, blah blah... anyway, I tried to troubleshoot it online and don't really know where to start. Of course I tried restarting everything, the device, the computer, and that did not fix it. The pattern seems to be once a month, maybe when the re-licensing verification comes up?"
