music player is screwing with me.

For songs i have bought from the store it keeps duplicating them into about 5-10 versions, which of course is very annoying. But even worse for some songs when i try to play them it loads a 30 second 'preview' of the song instead, and it doesn't let you re-download the song. Why? And what can i do to fix this?

Did you download the songs in the phone itself or copied from your computer?

Hey! I've got the same thing! but not only with the music, also with pictures! it's really annoying and what's more I can't delete the copies made by phone because then the original one doesn't work.. or sometimes it's like one song in few parts and it stops every 30 s and then continue. I copied the music from my pc, but the photos i took them by phone. Is there something wrong with operating system or what? I wanted to repair it but if I send it to the service without good reason they will make me pay for it.. So I wanted to know first if it's my fault or it's broken. help me guys please!
