Problem with the screen

Hello people, i am posting these to ser if anybody hace these problem and hace been able to work it througth.

3 days ago, i downloaded an update of htc, since that, my screen have acting weird, suddenly it works by itself! I am opening something and the screen goes nuts, as if i am touching it an open app or programs like crazy! And I am not touching anything! I have to wait until it finally stop, but can take up to 1 and half minute! It is driving me crazy!
I didn't have trouble before with my htc8x, if anyone could help me would be wonderful!

Sounds like you may have got a corrupted upgrade. You may want to do a factory reset on the phone, just make sure you back everything up before you do so.

Just one question when you talk about corrupted update means that it is a damage on the file? Or somebody hack my phone thru a fake update?
