creaky hinge

Hello all,
I have had my arrive now for just over 3 weeks and I love it. Unfortunately I am starting to notice in certain parts towards the bottom of the hinge side, if i push it in it creaks and feels lose. Also, the "c" in the HTC logo on the back has fallen off. Is this normal? I feel as if maybe I just received a bad unit. If I take it back to sprint do you think they would give me another one or do anything to fix the loose creaky feeling on the hinge?

I would take it back for sure your still inside your 30 days good money is on them replacing it. I open and close my Arrive constantly like a nervous tick and I don't have any problems. Sounds to me like you got a bad Arrive it happens.


That up there is hilarious and also a very bad idea... lol
