8107 Update on Vzw?

According to Vzw's website, the 8107 update pushes this:
Verizon Wireless is pleased to announce a new software update, 2305.13.20110.605;
Radio: 1.53.00.12.01_23.17w.05.13U,

I have:
OS 7.10.8107.79
Firmware revision 2305.13.20104.605
Hardware revision 0003
Radio software 1.53.00.08.02_23.16w.05.06U
Radio hardware 3.2.3.D4
Bootloader version 2.1.230513.4
Chip SOC 2.3.0.5.13

When I try and update via Zune, it sees that I have ver 7.10 (8107) so it doesn't d/l anything newer. Anyone know how to force it to update? Thanks in advance.

I haven't noticed anything different but I didn't have any problems beforehand.

Vort, what version were you on before? I manually updated a few days ago and was already on 7.10 8107. My issue is the firmware and radio software.

Verizon has not released the 8107 update yet. The update that came out is just for the firmware and radio software. There is no official announcement from Verizon about any updates since they released Mango.

Mandos, my firmware and radio software are now behind Vzw's standard. I wonder how to get that on my phone?

The radio update that is listed on Verizon's site is separate and unrelated to the 8107 update.

The radio update hasn't been released to anyone afaik. So there's no way to get that right now.

Verizon has not said whether they will officially release 8107, but you can manually push that update to your phone.

Thed, thanks for the info. I did manually update just a few days ago. My firmware and radio software are a couple numbers behind what Vzw has available.

Vort, what version were you on before? I manually updated a few days ago and was already on 7.10 8107. My issue is the firmware and radio software.

Could it be that the radio update won't be pushed if you're on 8107? I don't really know if this would be it. You could, perhaps, try restoring your backup from before the 8107 update and see if the radio updates. Though perhaps it just wasn't pushed to you yet. Interestingly, I didn't see the popup on my phone until I had it plugged into my computer.

*228, option 2 didn't do anything. Still on same versions. I guess I'll just wait a bit and if I don't see anything, then manually roll back to 7740 and then hope it upgrades.

Wait... I just saw that your OS version is 7.10.7720. It updated your firmware and radio software w/o upgrading your OS. Odd...

What is the 7740 update? Apparently I'm still at 7720. The new one is 8107.

SUNOVA!!! I had my Trophy hooked up to my PC and Zune running, look down at the Trophy and it says "There is an update for your phone available..." I went to Zune and then to the Settings area, then Update and had it check for updates and then it came back and just said it was up to date...

Dang!!!

I'm pretty sure that is a manual update (for Verizon users, at least). Mine is at 7720.

For those who have not updated their Verizon HTC Trophy to 7740 or 8107 or already installed the HTC update, you can help those of us who have updated to 7740 8107 to get the HTC Update for Windows Phone (January 2012) to get it. Please read this and/or this. If anyone is willing to help, it would be greatly appreciated by me and many others. Thanks in advance!
