So I was just thinking this same thing and decided to try and contact them about it. I chatted with a rep who was very polite and helpful, pretty much said the same thing as they said to you...we will pass this request along to our techs. I asked him for an email address I could email out...

In the end I just copy and pasted everything into a new notebook and it all synced over, Def not a smooth experience though. I appreciate all the help folks!

I recently did a warranty exchange for my Lumina 1020 on 8.1. After signing into my Microsoft account on the new phone, none of my one notes synced over. Everything worked perfectly before and all my notes are still on my 2520 and w8 PC. Any ideas?
