Hey Dan, Let's assume WP10 dies in a few months/quarters. Which platform would you jump to IOS or Android ? What would be your daily driver and WHY?

App gap is one of the most imp reasons if not the only reason. Other reasons ( as per me) are : # MS not releasing scheduled upgrades for successful models ( Lumia 1020 for eg or Lumia 950 XL.) # Google acting like a D'bag ( won't let MS develop google apps) # almost non existent advertisement...

If you have money, go for iphone (if you like IOS) For android- One plus 3T is best bang for buck!!!

I hope Nadella is listening. Give us a phone which is dependable in terms of software stability, support, apps and a mind blowing camera and watch windows phone take the top spot.

I am a long time WP user, have used many lumias. But due to 'app gap' and some other issues, i changed ships. As of now, i have an Iphone 6 from work, a One plus 3 as personal daily driver AND a 640 XL which i use occasionally when i get all nostalgic about WP :grin: To tell you guys the truth...

I think i got mine 2 days back. Current build i have is 10.0.14393.67 Things working fine, NO reboots, heat-up, battery drain observed. Did a hard reset post update and restored from old backup. Even got my old text msgs back. :)

Hey, i am planning to get 640 for my dad.can you share how is the battery backup,camera etc? My dad is old aged, he'll use his mobile mostly for calls, whatsapp etc .
